Meditation & Biophotons

It is wonderful to see that more and more people are finding the benefits of meditation. There is however, much misperception about the effectiveness of meditation and the powerful energetic processes that happen in longer sessions of deep internal communication.

There has been a growing ‘market’ for giving the perception that a quick 15 minute meditation of being ‘present in the moment’ while listening to pleasant music will make radical changes to one’s life. Apart from the ‘feel good’ factor perception, the placebo effect, little else will change if you are a beginner to the meditation process.

After practising to advanced levels of deep connection which can take many hours at a time and over months and years, being able to achieve internal peace in any environment becomes a natural state and is also reflective in the health of the body and external environment. It is this commitment to the deeper meditation that many find a challenge, as they cannot conceive the benefits outweighing the time factor and energy given to it.

It is for this reason I have written this article to share my own experiences and subsequent research into the energetic processes occurring within and without. These are naturally occurring, instantaneous processes; however with a deeper understanding of them, focused intent through meditation has a power transmuting effect.

Let’s begin with looking at supporting facts:
In traditional Chinese acupuncture the concepts of Qi, Blood, meridians, and acupuncture points (acupoints) are integral to the understanding, application and the results of needling acupoints that stimulate the body’s nervous (electrical) system and the health benefits have been described both clinically and theoretically.

With greater understanding of our energetic communications, science has delved into the realms of electromagnetics and quantum physics, showing the basis of the ancient Chinese art is working within Bioelectromagnetics (BEM), this is a term used for the study of the relationships between electromagnetics and living systems.

A Russian engineer George Lakhovsky through his own research explained that all living cells (plants, people, bacteria, etc.) possess attributes which normally are associated with electronic circuits. These cellular attributes include resistance, capacitance, and inductance and not only do all living cells produce and radiate oscillations of very high frequencies, they also receive and respond to oscillations imposed upon them from outside sources.

George Lakhovsky published his findings in his book The Secret of Life  in 1929, in the book’s introduction, he writes: What is life? It is the dynamic equilibrium of all cells, the harmony of multiple radiations which react upon one another. What is disease? It is the oscillatory disequilibrium of cells, originating from external causes.

At the same time Royal Raymond Rife was conducting his own medical trials with his ‘frequency instrument’, after he realised when looking at cancer cells under a microscope, they changed their size and form and exposing them to certain frequencies of radio waves they were destroyed. Rife went on to cure 1,000 patients of cancer before the medical industry raided his labs, destroyed his machines and he was silenced.

George Lakhovsky explained how living things interrelate by receiving and giving off electromagnetic radiations. The radiatory energies of living cells described by George make direct energetic communication between life forms possible, they allow living things to sense information about the environment; they facilitate organization and control within the organism; and they are used for communication between living things.

Biophotons is the term Dr. Fritz-Albert Popp used to describe the energy communication medium between life forms, and explained how they regulate many physiological functions, including growth, maturation, cell differentiation, enzymatic activity, and the immune system.

Increasingly science agrees with the energetic of the human experience: we are more than the atoms and molecules that make up our bodies, in facts these human entities are beings of light as well. Physicist Nassim Haramein goes even further in his unified field theory and shows the mathematics of how our cells are in fact mini black holes through the processes of torque, torsion and rotation. What is also now recognised is that biophotons emitted by the human body, can be released through mental intention, and may modulate fundamental processes within cell-to-cell communication and DNA as seen in the research by Russian Physicist Dr Konstantin Korotkov.

It is also widely recognised that biophotons are used by the cells of many living organisms to communicate, which facilitates energy/information transfer that is several orders of magnitude faster than chemical diffusion, as offered in the 2006 paper The Light of Life – Biophotonics by Maricela YIP & Pierre MADL.

Researchers have also been able to demonstrate that different spectral light stimulation (infrared, red, yellow, blue, green and white) at one end of the spinal sensory or motor nerve roots resulted in a significant increase in the biophotonic activity at the other end and suggest that light stimulation can generate biophotons that conduct along the neural fibers, probably as neural communication signals. Even when we go down to the molecular level of our genome, DNA can be identified to be a source of biophoton emissions as well.

Indeed, such particle communication has been demonstrated in the study of quantum physics. A basic principle of this science is that all parts of the universe are connected to, and in communication with, all other parts. This communication is instantaneous and freely available to those entities to perceive it. Quantum theory was first advanced by Max Planck at the end of the 19th century, and was further refined by Bohr and now Nassim Haramein and the principle of the interrelatedness of all waves and particles in the universe correlates with what has been described as God, Universal Mind, Vacuum, Awareness or Consciousness.

In beginning to comprehend the energetic communication that is instantaneously going on is possible and experienced through true meditation.

In my own journey from not meditating at all due to not being able to stop the mind chatter, I used to power walk and meditate at the same time. It made me feel great, though had no observable effects on my external environment. So I knew I had to devise a way of being able to sit and meditation and remove the mind chatter. This began by putting together three different processes, which in 2011 became my meditation programme and in my research discovered the incredible power this biophotonic activity that is innate in our epigenetic process.

My meditation takes the form of very deep breathing, focusing on opening the full lung capacity as oxygen is a natural, powerful cleanser of bacteria, viruses and toxins. This oxygenates the whole cellular structure and begins to aid higher cellular frequency. To counteract the mind chatter I devised a series of ‘commands’ that are said inside the mind, while the deep breathing process is being manually done. As our brains will create new neural networks forming with repeated focus on intentions and beliefs, these commands are to positively enforce the recognition that we are not the sum of the body, we are everything beyond this.

Including producing harmonic tones at each of the chakras helped me really begin to ‘feel’ the frequency within the body and the energetic communication present. Our skeletal structure is an amplifier, so producing the tones, creates frequency amplification at cellular level. It has the same effect as a cat’s purr, which has been scientifically proven that cats purr during both inhalation and exhalation with a consistent pattern and frequency between 25 and 150 Hertz, investigations have shown that sound frequencies in this range can improve bone density and promote healing. When I used this as a daily practice, there was a noticeable affect within the whole body, as the biophotonic process pervades each cell of every tissue and fluid, using the nervous system and conduction through the cephalic cavity spinal cord to the brain. Again I added specific internal commands said related to body functions and the knowledge they are always whole and complete.

Using the newly, highly energised and resonant nervous system, I then added a sequence of commands are performed identifying false perceptions and self definitions held within the cellular memory, tapped out at specific meridian points on the body, in a very specific order. From my own experience I was not aware of a process called EFT and when I researched this I witnessed others that used the EFT method, with no preliminary foundation within the energetic system and so it is performed what I would call ‘cold’, that is, the body’s energetic system is thick like treacle and so it takes a great deal of time to effect lasting, consistent change. With my EERT method, the preliminary foundations create the energetic system being fluid and so releasing trapped definitions and perceptions is remarkably fast and the effects noticeable very quickly.

Understanding the ‘science’ behind what I had created helped enormously in the understanding when my heightened cellular frequency led to not eating meals for 18 months, as my whole cellular system transmuted adapting to sustaining the higher resonance.

It has also become evident that there is heightened psychic abilities revealing themselves and I have been able to use these for powerful internal investigation with my clients and the personal experiences they were going through. It was the first time in my life I can truthfully state I really felt that place of internal peace and freedom. I am now currently creating a more advanced meditation programme to accommodate the deep insights I have gained.

When meditation is done with conscious awareness of the energetic communication and processes happening instantaneously, we become aware of our torus fields and biophotons absorbing information, radiating information and being very aware of feeling this through every animate and inanimate entity coming into our experience.

When there is surrender to allowing this communication to take precedence over the mind and all its false perceptions and definitions, the self realization of our innate consensus interconnection is felt. The real place of being evolves for us to feel this communication expressed in the freedom of our truth.

Five States of the Human Mind

“The mind is not a vessel to be filled, but a fire to be kindled.” ~ Plutarch.

It’s all in the mind. Our mind is the epicenter of our soul. We interact with the universe with our thoughts. Even when we are asleep, our mind is operating. The continuous flow of thoughts lead to two states of minds i.e. peace or chaos. We feel chaotic and confused in few situations, whereas in few, the mind is deeply calm and concentrated. When one practices Yoga or any form of meditation, one can observe the mind shifting to a higher state. By knowing the ways of the mind, one can observe the flow of thoughts and subsequently take steps to calm oneself. An insight into ways of mind can be really helpful in dealing with your mind and it’s perplexing condition.

In Yoga, the human mind is known as “Markata” as in a monkey because of it’s wandering nature. Yoga classifies the mind into five states, according to Nyaya Bhasya (Nyaya Sutras written by Aksapada Gautama in the 2nd century CE.)

1) Kshipta (Restless wandering)

It is a state of mind where the mind is like a pendulum. It is unable to reach to a conclusion. One is anxious due to the restlessness of the mind. Everything around appears unsettled and concentrating becomes problematic. The attention is constantly shifting or fluctuating. Mind is not steady. One experiences this state of mind because of collision of thoughts. In this condition, one should try to avoid several chains of thoughts in the mind and wait for the matter to come on the surface on its own. It is the lowest state of the mind to be in.

2) Mudha (Infatuated, Forgetful)

One goes through this condition when one is extremely angry or is experiencing series of emotions. It’s a kind of distraction that takes birth because of attachment, hatred or greediness. The flow of energy in the mind is blocked. The mind is dull and forgetful. One has to work on de-cluttering and rebooting oneself.

3) Vikshipta (Distracted mind)

In this state, the mind is distracted, occasionally steady but it’s easily drawn here and there. One is dealing with a compromised sense of self. The mind is experiencing parallel and conflicting chain of thoughts. Vacaspati Misra, an Indian philosopher who founded one of the main Advaita Vedanta schools, says in his book “Tattva vaisaradi” that it’s a condition of the mind brought by a disease, disinclination or gluttony.

This is one of the extremely negative conditions of the mind. And one should not be dwelling in this mental state at all as it clogs the mind and poisons the thought process with pessimism. The Vikshipta mind can be easily influenced and manipulated. A person faces self-doubt, agony and fear in this state where the internal and external worlds are constantly clashing. One needs to take essential steps to purify this state of mind. Introspection and knowledge of self are two sole factors that help the mind in the cleansing process.

4) Ekagra (Focus, Knowledge)

Ekagra means that the mind has achieved one-pointed concentration and the person is fully present in the moment, unaffected by any external factors. Unlike in Vikshipta, concentration is not forced as it comes effortlessly and naturally. In this state of mind, one can connect with their higher spiritual self, as the mind is deeply focused and is able to choose the peaceful path.

In this condition, one has thorough knowledge of reality and has control over the mind and its’ string of thoughts. The mind is peaceful and full of energy. It is on its desired spiritual path.

5) Niruddha (Final epiphany)

The Niruddha mind is in complete stillness and goes through series of epiphanies. When the mind is mastered and regulated, it is devoid of thought patterns. One learns to rise above the self and becomes spiritually intelligent. It is the most desired state of mind. It is calm and still. Thoughts are just like watching passers-by from the gallery. The breath is in control and the mind is on its journey to explore its magnificence. This state of mind is generally achieved through meditation and deep contemplation.

To achieve the Niruddha state of mind, one must master the ability to control the flow of thoughts and overcome all the obstacles. Awareness of the state of mind can help to lead your way out of chaos. It’s in the stillness that you can feel your mind and knowing that you are completely alive through self-knowledge. Like the Buddha said, “We are shaped by our thoughts; we become what we think. When the mind is pure, joy follows like a shadow that never leaves.”
